I’ve been holding onto my phone all day, reaching for it so quickly whenever it vibrates. I was a mess all day. I couldn’t eat. I couldn’t enjoy my time with my parents. I couldn’t enjoy my time with my niece. Now it’s like I’m numb, and my arms feel so heavy from this weight. :/
